Tino Piscone

Dr. Piscione obtained his bachelor’s and master’s of science degrees at the University of Toronto and graduated in medicine at Queen’s University. He completed residency training in pediatrics, and clinical and research training in pediatric nephrology, at SickKids Hospital in Toronto before obtaining his PhD in medical sciences at the University of Toronto. Dr. Piscione subsequently practiced as a pediatric nephrologist and clinician-scientist at SickKids, and was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. While at SickKids, Dr. Piscione was associate director of the pediatric nephrology residency training program. He joined the CMPA as a physician advisor in 2014.
